Casa Umi sits directly on the front line of Alcazaba Beach, one of the most privileged positions on the Marbella coastline. The brief was to create a home of exceptional lightness — a space that dissolves into the sea view without sacrificing material quality or warmth.
Every architectural decision was shaped by the proximity of the water. Openings are maximised, materiality is deliberately restrained, and the spatial sequence from entrance to terrace creates a continuous dialogue with the horizon.
