La Manon is a boulangerie and bistro project defined by a warm, artisanal identity. The facade reads as a glazed shopfront with a herringbone tile surround and hand-lettered signage. Inside, the space combines natural wood shelving with marble display counters.
The lower level includes a secondary dining area connected by a whitewashed staircase with an integrated timber handrail. The project extends across two floors, each resolved with materials appropriate to a neighbourhood bakery of considered character.
