Las Lagunas is a residential project in Nueva Andalucía resolved as a full interior design and construction commission. The design develops a warm, layered interior language — a double-height entrance hall with statement pendant lighting, a dining area with architectural arched opening, and a master bedroom suite with dark-toned built-in joinery and rich textile finishes.
The spatial sequence moves from the generosity of the entrance through to the intimacy of the private rooms, each zone developed with the same material care. The project demonstrates an approach to domestic design in which proportion, material, and light are treated as primary tools.
