Villa Carmona is a residential project under construction in Sotogrande for a private client. The design explores a measured combination of dark timber structural elements and pale stone surfaces — exposed beams articulate the double-height volumes, while custom storage systems and warm material selections define the private quarters.
The bathroom spaces are rendered in soft marble tones with gold fixtures, establishing a studied contrast with the more dramatic public areas of the house. Every decision responds to the site and to a client brief that demanded both restraint and presence.
