Villa Monterrey is a completed residential project in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. The design is defined by a clean, contemporary spatial logic — open-plan living and dining areas with full-height glazing oriented toward the pool and garden, a restrained material palette of white stone and warm timber accents, and a private pool terrace resolved as a natural extension of the interior.
Every room communicates with the exterior through large sliding panels and shaded terraces, establishing a continuous relationship between the architecture and the Mediterranean landscape. The project was delivered as a complete interior design and construction commission.
